What is the beauty of Franchising? Well, the first thing that springs to mind is the proven business model - it is a huge advantage to buy a business that has been tried and tested, there is no doubt. The money saved by not having to find the pit falls yourself is like no other, as long as you follow the model of course. I could go on to, Trusted Brand, Support & Training, Marketing Experts, Advertising, HR Support, Financial Support, potential benefits of trusted suppliers.. the list is lengthy. BUT for the Franchisee, what is the massive benefit that makes all this work and come together? COMMUNICATION, COLLOBRATION AND IN HOUSE SUPPORT - all this coming from other Franchisees, for free! The knowledge & support within a network of Franchisees is like no other business out there, it would be a crime not to let the conversations flow and watch the magic happen. I loved this aspect within my previous business & it could be a simple as a WhatsApp group or regular Teams Calls. Being part of a franchise means you’re part of a broader community of franchisees. This network can provide valuable peer support, shared experiences, and collaborative problem-solving, enhancing your chances of success. It might even stop the BDMs working around clock as they hate to leave anyone waiting too. #Franchising #Support #Inhousesupport #peertopeer #Networking #Communication #Franchisee

Last week, a major decision I made over 18 months ago, came to fruition. After 17 years of dedication to building a brand and 14 years of building a business as a Franchisee I said a teary farewell as I sold my business - Bright & Beautiful Altrincham & Wilmslow 🥲I honestly never thought this day would come, with many a hurdle and lots of hard work, I handed the baton over to two amazing new owners. I honestly believe they will be fab and bring a new energy and love for B&B! Especially with my amazing Dawn and Keelie supporting them. There is lots to be said but right now the words fail me, I will miss so much and so many BUT I could not be happier to have met some unreal people on the way. Who I hope will stay in touch. Huge thanks to Michael Bohan from Franchise Resales UK for supporting the sales process - I could not have done it without you! ❤️What’s next you might be wondering? 🤔After 17 years of blood, sweat, tears, sleepless nights, self doubt and on the flip side times of euphoria (all self employment joys), I am having a break for a few months! 🌞 Although, watch this space, as I might not cope without having my teeth into something!!“Don’t cry because it’s over. We have two unreal Milestones this week.MOST IMPORTANTLY Dawn has been with us 13 years and we simply could not do it without her ! 😍 Dawn does an incredible job, team and clients value her as do I 💗 happy 13th Anniversary Dawn xx 2nd Milestone is Bright & Beautiful is 14 years old ! I couldn’t quite get them all on. 8 in total. Whilst taking the photo, my husband asked if I was super proud of my achievement? 🤔Cars mean teams, teams mean lots of clients which equals growth. I had to think about it for a moment, well I am of course, I guess I don’t take a step back too often to take it in, but self praise is the hardest! Being a perfectionist also means I want to do it better, do it bigger.. But the cars symbolise so much more than growth to me. They tell me the dream works, we are living the dream. One that started 17 years ago with an idea and a plan, with not much more than wholehearted belief - Rachel Ray we did it.
